How we work
When we take on a new brand we become your authorised Amazon seller for the U.S. market. We buy on standard wholesale terms (typically 2% 10, Net 30), manage the Amazon catalogue, defend the listings from unauthorised resellers, and handle customer support for orders placed via Exact Sales Retail and Amazon.
For most partners we also run a co-branded audit of the listing quality, compliance, and pricing on Amazon — this is free of charge and yours to keep whether you choose to work with us afterwards or not.
