Where we ship
Exact Sales Retail currently ships to all fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We are not currently able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally — we are actively working on both.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
The moment your order is handed off to our fulfilment partner, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery updates are also available in your Amazon account if you’re signed in at checkout.
Oversized & hazmat items
A small number of items in our Workshop and Automotive departments are classed as hazardous materials (certain solvents, coatings, and compressed components). These are restricted to ground shipping by federal regulation and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Items affected are marked clearly on their product page.
Delivery issues
If a package is lost, damaged, or never arrives, please reach us via our contact formwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work directly with the carrier and fulfilment partner to refund, replace, or re-ship.
