The basics
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
- Personal-care, cosmetic, and ingestible items must be unopened and sealed.
- Return shipping on defects or mis-ships is on us.
How to start a return
Use our contact form, select Return or exchange from the topic menu, and include your order number (sent to you in the Amazon confirmation email). A team member will reply within one business day with a prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and instructions.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Banks typically take another 2–5 days to post the refund to your statement.
Exceptions
A small number of items are non-returnable for safety or regulatory reasons — chiefly open hazmat chemicals, prescription-grade laboratory supplies, and customised goods. These are marked clearly on their product page before purchase.
Exchanges
Because stock is held by individual fulfilment partners, exchanges run as a return plus a new order. Email us and we’ll expedite the replacement whenever possible.
