Exact Sales Retail aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as a design requirement, not a compliance tick-box, and we audit new pages for keyboard navigation, colour contrast, focus order, and screen-reader compatibility before release.
Known gaps
Because our product imagery comes from the manufacturers that supply us, image alternative text is currently drawn from the product title. We are in the process of adding hand-written descriptive alt text across the catalogue; we estimate completion by the end of 2026.
