Who we are
Exact Sales Retail is a trade name of Exact Sales LLC, a United States entity. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Exact Sales LLC.
Orders and acceptance
Adding items to your bag and submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer at the point your payment clears with our fulfilment partner. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before shipping, for reasons including inventory shortfalls, pricing errors, or fraud indicators. If we cancel, we refund in full.
Prices and payment
Prices on Exact Sales Retail are shown in United States dollars and do not include sales tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is captured at the moment of checkout by Amazon.com on our behalf — Exact Sales Retail never stores your payment-card data.
Shipping, returns, warranties
See our shipping policy and returns policy. Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty (where offered). Exact Sales Retail does not provide an additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer and fulfilment partner offer.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to describe our products correctly, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are free of error. If we discover a material inaccuracy after your order is placed we’ll let you know and allow you to cancel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
